WOMEN’S MINISTRY
Women’s Ministry Events at Niverville Community Fellowship are designed to bring together women of all ages for times of refreshment, encouragement, and inspiration. These events are open to all women in our church and in our community.
We would love to have you join us!
Evening events are planned from October to April. These evenings provide the opportunity to build relationships and to grow spiritually through hearing God’s word and the testimonies of other women as they walk through life with God. You can find these events listed below!
In-depth Women’s Bible Studies are also offered throughout the year. These studies encourage women to grow in their knowledge of God and to enjoy an intimate relationship with Him, while giving an opportunity to know each other better.

NCF COMMUNITY GROUPS
NCF COMMUNITY GROUPS ARE A PLACE TO GROW AS FOLLOWERS OF JESUS, TOGETHER WITH OTHERS, FOR THE BUILDING OF GOD’S KINGDOM HERE.
GROW AS FOLLOWERS OF JESUS
Faith is a journey that includes continued growth and change. The life of a disciple centers on Jesus: to know Him, experience and learn from Him, and follow Him in life.
TOGETHER WITH OTHERS
We need each other! There are 59 ‘one another’ statements in the New Testament that remind us that following Jesus is not a solo effort. Community groups are a place for deeper faith-based friendships that can be honest and life-giving.
BUILDING OF GOD’S KINGDOM HERE
God is at work in the world. As we grow in maturity our lives will be budding examples of the counter-cultural values of God’s kingdom here. Our lives and our love become an invitation to join the ways that God is at work bringing renewal in our world.
GRIEFSHARE
IT HURTS TO LOSE SOMEONE
FIND HELP AT GRIEFSHARE
It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now. If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, you’ve probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel.
This can be a confusing time when you feel isolated and have many questions about things you’ve never faced before.
GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.
HOW GRIEFSHARE WORKS
GriefShare groups meet weekly to help you face these challenges and move toward rebuilding your life. Each GriefShare session has three distinct elements:
Video seminar with experts
Each week your GriefShare group will watch a video seminar featuring top experts on grief and recovery subjects. These videos are produced in an interesting television magazine format featuring expert interviews, real-life case studies, dramatic reenactments, and on-location video.
Support group discussion with focus
After viewing the video, you and the other group members will spend time as a support group, discussing what was presented in that week’s video seminar and what is going on in your lives.
Personal study and reflection
During the week you will have the opportunity to use your workbook for further personal study of the grieving process and to help sort out your emotions through journaling. Your group will spend time discussing questions and comments from the workbook study.
